While
there is already a peacekeeping training block in the course
programme of the National Defence College, the expanded training
for strategic level peacekeeping managers shall be conducted
under courses that are distinct from the regular College
programme. The ACSRS is to coordinate the programme and develop
it to international recognition and distinction.
