Rule of Law
The
course is designed to introduce rule of law experts to the functions
of promoting, securing and strengthening the rule of law and the
administration of justice (including functions such as the training
of judges, prosecutors, lawyers and correctional officers;
monitoring the functioning of the legal system; strengthening or
replacing the local mechanisms of justice; legal reform and
legislative review). |
