Human Rights
The course addresses the training
needs of human rights field officers (including tasks ranging from
traditional monitoring to fact-finding and/or full scale legal
inquiries on human rights abuses; human rights education and
promotion; capacity-building and technical assistance) with special
attention to issues that are relevant for vulnerable groups.
